My understanding is that there is a motivating force, an intelligence moving us toward self realization. This force is a field that is perfect, it is interconnected with all living things including your Mind, Body, and Spirit. It is aware of your soul's divine purpose.
Some examples of this force might include:
- Wanting to shift, to change something in your life that you know inside is out of alignment.
- A desire to understand more about where you are in life and how to move forward.
- Noticing and feeling emotions and not knowing what to do about them.
- A desire to connect with your spirit/ higher self/ ancestors/ spirit guides.
- An inner knowing that you are meant to be doing “something” different with your life but need clarity on what that is.
- A deep curiosity about our universe, God or Source, and your connection to it.
- Experiencing a deeper connection with nature, the elements, Mother Earth, sky, stars, animals and instances.
These can be some of your most potent opportunities. A request for you to notice, pay attention, allow, look within, and re-connect deeply with the wisdom of your emotional/vibrational body.
When we are present and aware of our expression and our body, the doors of direct connection to the source of liberation opens.
MY ROLE
My purpose through this work is to be present, providing a safe open-hearted environment for life to emerge and unfold. Together, we will sit in the presence of any need that may arise. Generating a container of acceptance, will help allow you to have the space and freedom to explore while still contained in the energy and frequency of love and safety. We will also maintain awareness of the continuous support offered through the wisdom of our Higher selves/ Inner knowing/ Guides/ Ancestors/ essence of life force energy/ the elements and held by the ground, and presence of our mother earth.
My tool box is constantly expanding and growing because I am always evolving and learning. This continual growth allows me to stay connected to my ground of being, spiritual support, and heart to create the space needed for the unfolding.
TYPES OF SESSIONS:
HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy has become a very lovely healing tool that I use in my sessions. In hypnotherapy we are working with the energy, not against it, and allowing it to unfold. We are together swimming in the unfolding moment to moment experience, supporting and allowing whatever needs to arise to do so in its own sweet time.
Through hypnotherapy we can gently open access to your inner world, your colors, and your story through space and time. Hypnotherapy is in many ways similar to guided meditation, although it includes an interactive element led by open-ended questions and giving you the client the opportunity to access and respond in your own way.
In this practice, you are in complete control of your experience. There is an awareness of your senses and of what is and what isn’t happening.
The expanded state of consciousness accessed in hypnosis leads to an open minded and open hearted state. Resting in this state of being present and open to the flow of what is, insight, knowledge and creativity, knowing and guidance arise.
Out of this openness one can access the voice of spirit becoming an instrument of your eternal way.
INTUITIVE SESSIONS
Intuitive sessions are unique and specific to the clients needs. They are intuitively guided through the process of presence, awareness and an open heart.
My goal is to remain in a state of open hearted awareness, grounded, present, open and connected.
In this moment the invitation to co create is sent through the electromagnetic field and I patiently wait and allow for the parts/believes to present themselves.
By lovingly being with whatever is arising through the awareness of our senses, body and thought a new level of awareness presents itself. During this unfolding there is a process of disintegration/ expansion/ contraction/ opening that allows the new awareness/ intelligence into the client’s field. Curiosity to explore this new concept is experienced, a slow and gentle reintegration is embodied thus another way of being and experiencing the world is created.
When you embody and move with the implementation of your new wisdom, your life force energy will likely start to flow effortlessly and you will feel like you are in a flow state. You will find yourself living in a world filled with synchronicities and you are less affected by the challenges of the day to day. You will likely feel lifted and empowered. Imagine moving with purpose and being open to your guidance that is always available. Imagine how you might become more compassionate with self and others. You will blossom.
During the session the client can either sit or lie.
With clients permission at times I may use my hands to assess their auric field and proceed to clear and balance it as needed using either off body touch (near body but no direct contact) or a gentle (still) touch over various areas of the body where support may be needed.
SESSIONS INFO
Sessions usually last between 1-1.5 hours.
The cost is based on a sliding scale.
1hr session cost ($50-$100)
1.5hr sessions cost ($75-$150)
First time sessions are always 1.5hrs long.
